6月17日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定TOPCon太阳能电池、组件、面板及其组件和下游产品(I)(II)（Certain TOPcon Solar Cells, Modules, Panels, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same，调查编码：337-TA-1422、337-TA-1425）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2025年5月23日作出的初裁（No.15）不予复审，即将申请方美国Trina Solar US Manufacturing Module 1, LLC更改为美国T1 G1 Dallas Solar Module (Trina) LLC.。
